P1/2 Pupil Collection
On Thursday 26th Miss Hayman will be taking her class into the village for topic work and then onto the park as a class treat. Pupils in P1/2 should be collected from the village hall at 3pm. Bus pupils will get on their buses as normal from the hall.
P1/2 Games Morning
Thank you to the adult helpers who helped Miss Hayman and P1/2 on games morning. This helped pupils with their learning on instruction.
New Club P1 -3 – Computer Games
Miss Hayman will be running a computer games club after the holidays. The club will run on Thursdays from October 22nd, 3.05 – 4pm, for P1-3. There are limited spaces available, if your child wishes to attend please complete the slip and return. If you do not have a paper newsletter please pick up a slip from the office. Places will be allocated on a first come basis. Thank you
Football Club P1 – 3
Active schools will be running a football club starting on Monday 14th September for pupils in P1 – 3. The club will run for four weeks from 3:05 – 4:05pm. The cost per session is £1.25 . This can be paid at the start of each session or £5 can be paid at the first session to cover the block. Permission slips will be sent home with P1/2 pupils tomorrow. P3 pupils have received theirs today. Completed slips should be returned by Friday or Monday at the very latest. Thank you
P1/2 Mystery People
Miss Hayman is still looking for family members to be mystery visitors in P1/2 as part of the current topic on family. Please get in touch if you would like to assist. A letter was sent out last week; if you need further information please get in touch with Miss Hayman
NEW P1 pupils – Information for parents Session
Parents of the new P1 pupils are invited to attend an information sharing meeting with Mrs. Sanders and Miss Hayman on Monday 29th June at 2pm. We look forward to seeing you then and answering any questions you may have.
P1/2 Assembly
Thank you to everyone who came to the P1/2 Assembly. Pupils will be given their own DVD copy before the end of term.
ELCC News (NURSERY)

As part of our transition programme for children moving into P1 we have arranged for ELCC4 pupils to join the P1 class on the following dates:-
- 27th May ½ hour taster session normal pick up from ELCC Class at 11:45am
- 2nd June 1 hour taster session normal pick up from ELCC Class at 11:45am
On 10th June pupils will join P1 for the whole morning. Please bring pupils to the front playground where they will line up with the rest of the school at 8:35am. Pupils will stay for lunch and should be collected at 12:30 from inside the main entrance of the school. Individual letters have also been sent to parents.
